Warranty Policy
At Jumpking International LLP, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below are the terms and conditions for warranty coverage, limitations, and customer responsibilities:

Warranty Coverage

Manufacturing Defects:
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
If a flaw or fault is identified upon opening the product, the defective part will be replaced.

Reporting Issues:
Customers must report any defects or faults within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Warranty claims made after this period will not be entertained.

Exclusions

Improper Use:
Damage caused by non-compliance with the installation manual, misuse, or abuse will void the warranty.

Transit Damage:
Warranty does not cover damages during transit. Customers are advised to insure the goods for transit through a third-party provider. Claims for transit damage should be filed directly with the insurer.

Installation

Installation Service:
Installation is not included in the package and will be charged extra if provided by Jumpking International LLP.
Installation services include the cost of to-and-fro air tickets for one person, which must be paid by the customer.
Alternatively, customers can hire a qualified carpenter or electrician to complete the installation using the provided instruction booklet.

Inspection at Customer Premises

Inspection Charges:
If an inspection of goods at the customer’s premises is required, the to-and-fro air ticket charges for one person must be borne by the customer.
Inspection dates will be decided solely by Jumpking International LLP.

Customer Responsibilities
Properly inspect the goods upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
Handle the product with care and ensure it is installed by following the instruction manual or by hiring a qualified professional.

Arrange for transit insurance to cover potential damages during transportation.

Jurisdiction
In case of any disputes, the jurisdiction will be Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Warranty Claims Process

Eligibility: Warranty claims are subject to proof of compliance with installation and usage guidelines.

Inspection: Jumpking International LLP reserves the right to inspect the product to determine the cause of damage or defect.

Resolution: Approved warranty claims will result in the repair or replacement of the defective part.

Product Use

Our portable pools are designed for recreational purposes. Proper care and usage are essential for safety.
Always follow the product manual for installation and maintenance.
Supervision of children is mandatory while using the pool.

Order Cancellation

Product should be in Brand new condition and packaging. Refund will be initiated after the product is received back at our warehouse facility in good and fine condition. Customized products cannot be returned. Cancellation only can be initiated within 1 week of order. Goods should be returned within max 15 days in unused condition. Once we receive the goods in our warehouse we will check the product within 24-48 hours for its condition and process the refund within 7 days from the day we receive the goods back. We will deduct 10% of Invoice Grand Total amount as operational charge + To and fro shipping charge + or any other charge which was paid for the same shipment if incurred by Jumpking International LLP from the original amount paid by buyer

Return ELIGIBILITY

Condition of Products:
Products must be returned in brand-new condition and in their original packaging.
Customized products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Timeframe for Returns:
Goods should be returned within a maximum of 15 days from the date of delivery.
The product must remain unused during this period to qualify for a return.

Initiating a Return:
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and inspected for compliance with the above conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed within 1 week of placing the order.
Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped.

Refund Mode

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
